|Our house’s are located in the village of Kastro, the island’s most historical village
built on the summit of a small peninsular hill and surrounded with views of the Aegean Sea.
Until the 19th century Kastro was the island’s capital and its significance as a defensive town
designed to protect its inhabitants from marauding pirates is visible today in its uniquely fancinating
architecture. It is a village with a 4000 year old history and remnants of its heritage are
visible everywhere Part of its defeusive wall was build about 800 BC. The remarkable village
is surrounded on three sides with views of the Aegean Sea.

This charming all pedestrian village has a small selection of cafes and restaurants.
Its rocky seashores are popular with swimmers who prefer its large flat siabs of store.
It also has a small pebble beach named Seralia at the foot of the hill (200m)
accessible by foot. The popular southerm beaches of the island are accessible by bus
and they rauge from 7 to 13 km,
from Kastro, Apollonia, today’s capital, is only 3 km away.
There are a few restaurants and shops and the bus stop are all with in 50 meters from houses.
Our houses are comprised of six separate housing facilities detached from eats other. All were built
about a century ago. The restoration has now been complete
We constantly improve our houses to ensure a high lover of comfort for our quests while maintaining their traditional character.
All our houses are located on the stone paved pedestrian footpaths of Kastrian architecture with stone floors wooden ceilings, typical of the area low entrance doors, asymmetrical walls as well as other traditional architectural features. Each of our houses has it’s own special character.
